I often jest during job interviews, selling myself on diversity to prospective employers.

“I’m bilingual, bicultural, and bisexual.”

But the one thing I am not is undocumented.

I recently had the chance to interview a young man, Miguel Montalva. Montalva, 28, identifies as  UndocuQueer, queer and undocumented.
